Jaguar XK Door Repair. We had to make a new door by hand as they are not avaiable to buy new. Once the outer skins had been removed the ash frame was sent away to be repaired, working with the frame as a profile we manufactured a new outer skin and closing panels. Old parts laid out on the floor show how many parts we had to make.
