Vehicle Rebuild & Inspection

All new and original parts will be retrieved from the storage rack area and refitted to the vehicle. Correct alignment of parts will receive special attention and tightened to correct torque settings within the manufacturers recommendations.

Various checks in addition will also be carried out. Such as engine compartment oil, Fluid and water levels, Operation of lights and tyre pressures. Finally the vehicle will if required receive a short road test and if satisfactory will pass on to the next stage of repair.

Vehicle Valet and Quality Inspection
At this stage the vehicle will again be pressure washed and leathered dry, The interior will be vacuumed and all the windows will be cleaned.

After the valet has been completed a quality inspection of the repair will be carried out and once passed, The work sheet, flow sheet, parts sheet and supplier invoices will be passed to customer control.

The customer will now be contacted and arrangements made to return the vehicle and collect the courtesy car.
